The Silver Pheasant was started in 1965 by Joe and Patricia Monteleone. Their idea was to create a place where families can
get together and relax with the freshest and tastiest Italian food on Long Island’s South Shore West Babylon , change was once again
on the horizon.
In 2006 The Silver Pheasant relocated to the town of their owners’ childhood, Lindenhurst . Although the
catering facility is not as expansive, the original recipe of the freshest and tastiest foods around is still intact. Now, the
next generation of Oleagas is poised to continue their grandparents’ and parents’ legacy. Providing excellent food and service
in a cozy atmosphere where the entire family is welcome has become our family’s motto. In a time of so much change it’s nice
